Go back about 7-8 moves, claim some space in the centre and develop your peices instead of whatever you did to arrive at this position.

 

Also, read the rules about soliciting advice on games in progress.

Resign.

Then do some studying on more sensible opening strategies.

You have allowed a nasty pawn diagonal to develop, weakened your castling position on both sides and moved your queen out too early leaving it vulnerable to attack.

 

Stop cheating.  It's not allowed to get help on your games.  Please delete this thread.
