Q1 Was there a way I could of exploited such an open game for my pieces?

Q2 What was my best move for move 11

Q3 What was my best move for move 12.

I don't want to know how I should have played. I don't want to hear about how I should of played it safer at a certain point. I want to know if there was a way for me to win this one very fast( or win big material  very early).

I might not be the best at this, so my opinion should be taken VERY lightly but...

I think you should have king side castled for 11 and then 12.Rfe1. That is just my idea, pin the queen. But somewhere you do need to protect the rook so maybemove your dark bishop on move twelve Bf4 and then 13.Rfe1 That would do some good.

So you want to know about the moves that weren't available to you but not why they weren't available.  In short, you had no way to win because you played terrible moves.  I'll respect your request and not give any advice on how not to make terrible moves in the future.
