move 12.. could try Bxh7 with the idea of Ng4+, Qh4 etc or just go Nh4 followed by Qh4 without the sac. You have bishop pair to kill. In general, theory i remember is that if u have advantage on King side (your pieces are pointing to his king once u go Ng4), you dont want to exchange down bishops etc).. i think thats why you saw your advantage dwindle as you exchange pieces (due to your pawn structure). i am half awake (at a hospital with lots of drugs lol) but i think at least thats what i would have played in this state of groggy mind.

Bxh2+?? fails to Kxh2 Ng4+ Kg1 Qh4 Nf3! (hitting the queen and defending h2) where Black could resign.

12...c5 seems to be questionable. Better might be ...Nd5.

I'm not sure if giving up your DSB on move 14 was a good idea either. Better might be 14...Bb7 and then possibly pressuring the knight on e5.
