I think I saw a few moves that definitely would have helped me out.  But since the people in the forums are definitely better at analysis than I am... I'm throwing this out there.

31... Bh3+ I said I couldn't go back, but that's not entirely true.

I could have played my King back and interposed with my Rook/Queen setup.  However, that probably would have been met with Re8.

Hello, here is what i could find:

6. Qe2

i would play cxd4 (for a strong center)

 7. Nbd2

i would en passant that pawn: exf6. It pins the knight to the king and opens up the important e-file

 10. b3

Good. In my opinion the strongest move in that situation, but i would have taken that pawn on c3 earlier

 11. Bd2

Definitly the best move in that situation, or i must be missing something...

 12. Rc1

Maybe try Bd3 ? Dunno, it attacks and defends there..?

I am not very experienced with the ponziani, but I think you messed up moves 6 and 7 and those lead to all the other mistakes mentioned above by wizzkey.

The following are links to two youtube videos on the ponziani:

I find them quite good. Also, I bet if you ask the creator of the videos about this, he can tell you exactly what you should have done.
