Heckuva game!  Reminded me of one of those old blood-and-thunder 19th century epics, the sort of thing where Anderssen and Lange dip into the vat of mead and let loose.

You did have a (relatively!) straightforward win with 20... Ng4 (21 Bc3 Qd1+ 22 Be1 Nce3+ 23 Kg1 Qxe2).

Along about move 25 it has become one of those wars of frustation, where both sides seem right on the edge of victory but somehow they can't manage to get that one more needed piece into play.  It looks like your safest bet is 25... Ne5+ (the one disadvantage to the Nf4 move) 26 Kf2 N3g4+ 27 Kg1 Qxg3 28 hg Rxh1+ 29 Kxh1 where you still have a bit of untangling to do, but you should prevail with your extra material.

Btw he missed 32 Qe6+ getting out of his predicament.
