Not sure you should over evaluate a 1/0 time control game. Even when playing them regularly, blunders happen as it becomes more about the clock and 'reacting'. If you notice, even your opponent missed taking the Queen the move before and instead attacked the rook. 1/0 is for fun and isn't necessarily an accurate assessment of your overall game IMO.
