I think some people are unsure whether Greco actually played the game or whether it was a composition..

Reason for what? Some chess historians and players etc. are unsure if Greco really did play that game many centuries ago or composed it for his extensive opening analysis.. If you know that it was definately played by Greco can I have a source on it?

You know, I play Owen's defense (1.e4 b6) often, and people always make fun of it. It's really not that bad to play every once in awhile, especially against and opponent that you know is all book knowledge. No amount of theory can save you here... Unless you studied the Owen's Defense theory manual... The one that doesn't exist. A suggestion: Don't play this against a naturally talented player.

Afterall, you play the person, not the board. Cool
