MISTAKES ARE NORMAL COZ WE ARE JUST HUMEN BEINGS. THE SAD THING IN CHESS IS THAT WHEN YOU ARE WINNING A GAME AND ALL OF A SUDDEN U COMMITTED A BLUNDERAND THAT MISTAKE CONTINUES TO HAUNT YOUR MEMORY........TSKTSK ........ WELL , THAT'S LIFE AND CHESS WILL BE A VERY DULL SPORT WITHOUT IT.IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY TIMES U FALL BUT HOW MANY TIMES U STAND WHEN U FALL!

I see many problems here for white.

For starters he (or she) is playing incredibly defensive. He lost the tempo and never got back on the attack. Black took the initiative and just started grinding him out. Move the bishops back after pinning the knight was just a bad idea. If they are already there, why not just take them? White was backing himself up into a corner with his own pawns and black was advancing his own to trap the bishops.

Another thing I didn't understand was 15. Nxf6+. The Knight was under no immediate threat.
