i had offered a draw after move 19 but.......................................!

What is it that we are supposed to be looking at/commenting upon? Why didn't one of you claim the draw (click "offer draw" button)? If I'm being honest, I would have to say that was a wasted 2 minutes for both of you, and 5 minutes wasted for me....well done!
