Sorry, thought people were somehow talking about the OP. Yeah the puzzle looks right, Qf3 as whoever it was pointed out and black isn't trapped after all, but even worse white will lose material.

This is a well known trap from another game. I forget the other game, but I don't think is was a Grunfeld.
