    Yes, this is a standard draw. If Black's bishop were on the other color, then Black would be in business. As it is, Black has to either give up the pawn (leading to a draw by insufficient material) or stalemate White. White can shuttle the king back and forth on h1 and g2, otherwise.

    black can't control the promotion square, so it's a draw.
