Would it be possible to allow groups to create their own trophies to be used as "prizes" for winning group tournaments?

I think that if you make trophies up yourself, you can submit them to Admin for approval?

You can do this already - just go to Tournaments, then "Create a New Tournament."  Click on "Show more advanced options" then click the "Use Custom Trophies" box near the bottom.  After that you just upload your trophie image.

That's it.
