I just played a fun 10 0 blitz game on Live Chess. It's not exactly a flawless game . . . I practically gave it up in a serious opening blunder that black missed. But the ending was very nice and there was one interesting exchange I'd like to hear your thoughts about.

After 6. ... Ne4 7. Qd5 threatening mate immediately wins material.
The Bishop sac was ok, but your Knight was out of the game after taking the Rook.
You forced home the mate so well played.
6... Ne4 7. Qd5 and then still Ng5. h4 is met with c6. I should have just sacked the bishop and forked the king and knight.
I know my knight was out of the game after Nxa8, but look at black's pieces; they can't do anything. I think white may have the advantage here, and Rybka scores it as dynamic but equal.

I also missed 19. Bb3! Qxb3 (19... any other 20. Re8) 20. axb3, but my line was still easily winning after 19. Rxc8 Nxd5 20. Rxf8+ Kxf8 21. Qxd5

10. Nf3 isn't a blunder at all. It's not bad. You want open lines.
Qxe5 gave you a chance to unleash the power of your dark-squared bishop so he was really playing with fire there.
Rxc8 was a great deflection and the kind of thing that happens quite a bit when white pulls off an attack in the Danish gambit. Sometimes you get to sacrifice a queen on f7 in similar positions. I wouldn't worry about missing Bb3 if that was better. One win per game is all you need.
After 10. Nf3 Nxf3 11. gxf3, white's pawn structure is destroyed. After 11. Qxf3 Qxe5+ 12. Be2 O-O 13. O-O Nc6 and white has lost much of his initiative while down three pawns. What good continuation do you see?

Well, Kf1 looked reasonable after 11. Qxf3 Qxe5+ and the computer agrees. It would be a little bit counter-productive to bring the bishop back to block the check. But The computer suggested Qc5 after Nf3 which does look very good indeed, I didn't see that.
It likes 10. Nge2 for the record. It does look logical.

When they do 5...Nf6, I usually just develop Ne2. If they want the pawn, I give it to them. It's worth the extra development to me, and I keep my dark square bishop's diagonal wide open. I know your pawn move is probably just as good; I just have my preferences. I also agree that d5 is black's best move.
Also, on move 7, you could have sacked your bishop on f2, and then forked his king and knight with your queen. You pick up a pawn, and he can't castle.
Also, he could have done Ng4. If you take it with your queen, he could do d5, attacking both your queen and bishop.
