23... Rxf7?? - loses by force. Instead black must play 23... Kh8 which actually looks quite unpleasant for white since black now has a threat 24... Rxf7 25. Qxf7 Qxh2X.

I don't see why 22... Qxh3 should be a blunder. 23. Bxf7+? Kh8! just seems to win for black as white cannot cope with the threats 24... Rxh2+ and 24... Rxf7.
