There's 8... Bg8 (also 8... Qf7 9 Bh6+ Bg8).

And if 9... Kf7 10 Bc5 still manages to pick off the queen.  Nice!

Yes Return check from c3 is so important in the final analysis

that so simple

give qa1+ kh7 qb1+ kh8 qb2+ kh7 qb3+ kh8 like that same continution when over queen close to king then qh6 is mate

 b4 and c4 spots are covered by Black Q and B so ur checks stop there Check on board by playing Your moves
