    I agree with Fishes. My sense of humor is as sadistic as the next guy, evil even, but if my opponent, already in the throes of a humiliating defeat no doubt, hung his queen like that and then offered me a draw, I would assume it was a mouse-slip.

    yeah i agree with the others i don't understand that at all he could have used knight to d5 and forked the queen and bishop then youd probably risk getting in hot water if he took the bishop to get dangerously close to the king or afterwards got you in check with his own bishop or it could have led to an annoying series of prepetual checks.

    This was definitely not my game, but I have offered draws in that situation before myself. If my opponent obviously made a mouse-slip (there was no reason she would ever make that move intentionally) then redoing the game is only fair. Unless my Elo is much higher, of course.
