White got way too greedy and should have seen trouble when his king was way out in the middle of the board.

7.Kg1 and white is fine.

Furthermore, doesn't black have a good game after 4...d5.  Looks like he is down a knight or a bishop to me.  Though it would pain me to block that rook, I can't see myself playing 7.Ke3.
