Here's a game I just finished -- it's one of my longest and is my highest rated win.  Midway through the game all of the rooks were on the h-file in an epic standoff.  A small material and positional edge brought forward from the middle-game eventually proved a decisive factor in what was a long, drawn out endgame:

I think allowing your bishop to be pinned with 26 Bh3 was a dubious decision.  Trading rooks off with a pawn-up bishop endgame was fine.  But Black could've gotten counterplay on the queenside with 28... c5 followed by Rc8, since your king has to march all the way over to the other side to free up your forces.
