Was this Live chess or "Play Against the Computer"? You're a better chess player than I am, as I'm still struggling to beat the latter on Medium and sometimes even Easy.

Thanks for the compliment.  This  "Play Against the Computer"game was played against the "Hard ~1600" level.  I did take about an hour to complete my moves vs. the computer which took probably less than a minute for all moves combined.  I like live chess but sometimes want a game that can be played with no time controls.

You took a whole hour to play the game? My games against the computer usually take about 5-10 minutes. I try not to take too long before moving, because in timed games I just don't have that kind of time.

I play at a chess club once a week where each player has about an hour and a half on their clock.  I was trying to simulate one of those games.  There's no way I could win at this level using 5-10 minutes.

nice game. I can only just beat the computer on the medium level in a 10min game. So i think i would take alot longer time to beat it on the hard level !

On the medium level the comp mostly brings out its king for some reason.

Well played game - nice job taking the rook on move 22 and best of all - not allowing three connected passed pawns to create a win for the computer.

Yes, they don't have to be consecutive either.

    It can be like:

    15. Ke1 Rh8

    21. Ke1 Rh8

    56. Ke1 Rh8

    ..and it's still a draw! :)

Good game vs Comp-HARD. IT still blunders a lot. :)

    Nice pins there.

In my experience, the computer (even on the easier settings) has been rather ruthless. Either that or I'm not a very good player.
