Pre-emptively saying:
1) I know I made mistakes.
2) I know this wasn't very impressive at all, given the Hippo defense, the domination in the center
3) This was 5 min blitz
What I want to know is, how did I do? (Should this go under showcase or analyze? I am quite proud of this)

White clearly and quickly got a superior position, and effectively made use of it! Although it was only a blitz game, it was well executed and showed good working knowledge of the game.
a: Both rooks and the queen are occupying the center files - good!
b: White kept the black king in the center - good!
c: White did `not` miss the checkmate when it arose - good!

Well done.
10.Nxd5 was certainly a blunder. He didn't have to give back any material. 11.Bb5+ should have been answered with anything (c6; Bc6; Kf2) but 11...Nc6? But anyway it was a nice tactic you used to get your material back.
16....Ne7? was a terrible move on his part. He seems to think nothing of blocking checks with pieces, as though it's a worry free defense...which couldn't be further from the truth. Perhaps he's trying to preserve his right to castle, but 16...Kf7 would have connected his back rank and left his King as safe as castling normally in that postion. After16... Kf7 you'd have had a noticeable, but not decisive, advantage IMO. Tons of game left.
17.Rad1! a very accurate continuation of the attack. Removing one of the pinned N's defenders. Black has nothing. His best reply is probably 0-0, going down a N without compensation... which in blitz means you'd still have plenty of work left to do.
