But a good tactic :)  (move 21 not so much).

Why not 49. Kxc4?  Being able to lose a tempo when needed with the bishop on the g1-a7 diagonal, White can easily promote the c-pawn.

That's what sacking is, sir. I "sacrificed" the queen for more piece points. And with my Bishop blunder on move 21 and the pawn on move 16 it's more like 9-10 points. Also if he would have played Kxe7 on 16 instead of Qxe7 he would get that extra minor I blundered anyway (16 dxe7 Qxe7 17 Ba8 Ra8).
