seems like a good win.  there was a lot of dancing around in the middle game and leading up to the end game that gave you the advantage IMO.

You missed a fine move after 9... Bxf3? 10. exf3! Ngxe5 (demonstrative purposes) 11. f4 Ng6 (or Ne7) 12. a3 Be7 13. Re1 +- white absolutely has the initative.

Oh that is frustrating (from the perspective of a fellow 2100) ... you play super well, very simply, build an advantage, start playing quickly expecting another 'quick crush' and you screw up tactically and get punished!  Good for you! :)

its the arrogance factor...i get it too when im playing like a 1600 or so...same pattern...build an advantage then get comfortable, then move without thinking then BAM lost game...it sucks but the other guy is happy...im the other guy for once!

not in otb...my biggest scalp otb was only a 1650 but i was rated 910 back then, and i havent played a serious otb game since 1997 (so my rating is still technicaly 910, but im at least a 1400 otb im sure)
