I made some awful blunders at the end. Thankfully not costing me the game. As the saying goes, don't count your chickens...

As I'm a pretty weak player, going mainly by instinct, how many other blunders did I make?

I like the way you took the game, but what would you do as white if at move 13 black just moves away his queen. Would the bishop sac have been justified?
