I'm horrible at blitz, there's no way I could have played that well in time pressure. : )

I was also kind of surprised he fell for it, but then again it took me several minutes of analysis to see it, just because I was looking for a draw and not such a simple mate. I'm sure he was just too focused on the pawn and moved without considering how his rook's placement affected the King's space.
