Learning to use bishops as a team

Well, this is my first game posting!  I hope you all enjoy it.  This was a game I had with a frequent opponent of mine who is very good - as you will see, it was only a tiny material advantage and hanging onto it with the skin of my teeth that got me over in the end.  I frequently neglect the bishops, and haven't learned to use them effectively as a team on a regular basis yet, but they come together nicely at the end of this game to hold his pieces back, and then finish the game off.

Comments are most welcome, especially re: 16 f4.
