I am positive that white cannot force mate in five. The top of the diagram lists 0-1 though, so I am not sure what is going on. No matter how white moves, black can force mate in five? That seems needlessly complicated. Try posting a puzzle after white makes his move.

I still can't find a forced mate in five. What line did you see?

This answer comes very late. Since i posted this quiz, I have been buzy working with my master degree at the university. In the meantime, my old games have been erased. I therefore had to go trough this game once more.

heres the mate I suppose we calculated in this game:23...Ng4 24 Rxf3-Nxe3 25 Rxf8+ Rxf8 26 Kd2 Nc4+ 27 Ke2 Qe4+

28 kd1 Rf1#

White resigned in this position. Thats why it says 0-1.

And i imagine my calculation after 23 Qxe5 Qd3! 24 Rf2 Re8d8! 25 Rxf3 Rxe5+!

26 Kf2 Qxf2 27 Kg1 Re2..... From here on, mate is unavoidable. White has no more moves which will save him. But lets pretend he plays on 28 a3 Qg2#

I wish I could show the whole game. But I was not aware that chess.com erased games after a certain period. And its been a while since I played.
