My draw against a FM

Hey guys. I played this game against a FM in a simul on ICC today...The time control was 45 minutes with 30 secs added pr. move. I played blac. On move 35 the FM offered me a draw and i accepted it. I was down a pawn here, and i would think this player would have beaten me if we continued. He had 11 minutes on his clock and i had 43 min...

What do you think? How did i do?

After 35. ... h4, the position is very hard to win for a number of reasons:

1)It is a bishop of opposite coloured endgame

2)black's rook is on an open file while white's rook has no active square

3)white doesn't have any active plan

I think that's why the FM offered the draw.

I think the game looks like a draw for the very reasons outlined by heatsch, well played.

In fact the extra pawn could evaporate at any moment if Black plays Re1 followed by Rb1.
