Since White can't play 23 Nf3 because of 23... Rxf3+, he has to run with his king, and will soon be mated.
22.. Rf8+ 23 Bf3 Qf2#
22.. Rf8+ 23 Nf3 Rxf3+ (same tactic)
22.. Rf8+ 23 Kg2 Qxe2+
