    16.Rxh7 is a nice sac. I guess at this point Black needed to play for the draw with 16...Bf5 17.Rh4 Bxe4 18.Rxe4 Re6, when his position seems to hold.

    It's possible that White has something more promising here:  17 Rh8+ Kxh8 18 Qh5+ Kg8 19 Qxf5.  Hard to say for sure what's going on here...but I think White's attack looks pretty strong.
