It bothers me to no end when people use the term points! You sacrificed a piece and a pawn for an attack, not four points. Points are just general. In most cases, a bishop is more than three pawns. In most cases, two pieces are worth more than a rook and pawn. In most cases, three pieces are worth more than a queen.

How would you have won after 22...Qd6, or 22...Rd6 or 22...e6, for that matter. If you have a win after any 22nd move by black than this is an amazing sacrifice.
