That opening is called the London System.  It is a business like way of avoiding the reams of theory that other openings require.

nice game but i think it was a bit early for white to resign

thanks! actually to tell you the truth, white in fact did not resign, i just put that there because that would be the usual response :P My opponent didn't resign because we were playing an 8 minute game and we each had like 2 minutes left so he still had a slight chance of beating me with time, but of course i didn't let that happen :)
