Yesterday I played four rounds in a local tournament. I did pretty well overall, scoring 3.0 points out of 4, but I was going into this game after a loss in the previous round to a 1900+ player. I played a very bad Gruenfeld and he picked me apart until there was nothing left. Needless to say, I was looking for a little more excitement and decided to play the King's Gambit.

Time control was G75.

Not so sure about it being a great game, but thanks for the invite nontheless.

I think perhaps 6. ...Qf6 was not a good move because after 7. e5 black can't capture the e-pawn like in the regular Muzio. So maybe 6. ...Nc6 is better.

And, of course, 10. ...Nh6 is no good. My opponent, Ben, said during the post-mortem he should have just taken the c3 knight or played Qg6 instead.
