yes exactly, the critical or turning point of the game was promotion of pawn to queen.
pawn could had been promoted to rook, and avoided stalemate at that point of game.
thanks for understanding.
I just looked over the whole game, and I must say: a few obvious blunders aside, the play is reasonably good for someone of rocky's rating.
