12. Kd1 allows the game to continue. Black will probably have to exile his knight to a6 (12..h5 a3 doesn't help) but it can later come into c5. After ousting the knight, white should then play Bd3 and push black's queen away. This game is by no means won for black, but white totally botched the defense.
