i am a huge fan of the stonewall attack, when my opponents let me play it! it s a rare attack and if black plays conservatively, not knowing the dangers of such minute errors as bringing his/her queen knight to c6 instead of d7 or removing the king knight from it s duties guarding h7 for even a move, the game can go quickly in whites favor. this game went 22 moves, but i had won it by move ten. and what s best is right before i make the bishop sacrifice that eventually wins the game, the computer gives black an advantage! the stonewall is a formidable attack against computers, if you look at some online databases, kramnik has a neat victory over deep blue junior using this system. i hope you enjoy this game as much as i do! also for the couple of high rated players i am playing right now the stonewall against....please avert your eyes.
Andy Soltis wrote an excellent book on the Stonewall, which is now out of print. However, I have own copy...
