    Here you go!

EDIT: After actually looking at the game... 8...Qh3 looks a little odd, I don't see too much meaning behind it.

That's pretty much all I read into it... Good game!

I went to your game, clicked the "Get PGN" link, copied it, and pasted it when making a new Diagram. It's easy!

nice. thanks. Qh3 did look a lil odd. I thought so as well as I was doing it. I was just looking to invade his kingside and well.... I think I did so pretty convincingly when I brought my whit bishop in.

Your opponent looks like he didn't deserve the 1501 rating ..nuff said

I agree with you my friend. not the point though. the game was fun. it wasn't a game demonstrating my depth of brilliance. it was one of those games where you completely dominate somone and it feels good.

dc: Qh3! might look odd but it is also very effective.  It prevents white from castling kingside, which allowed illusive's attack to pick up steam.  That being stated, white went terribly wrong with Ne2.  Better is an immediate Bg5, setting up queenside castling, though illusive can then win the kingside pawns with Bf3 and Ng4.  The advantage of force on the kingside is overwhelming.

Yeah I wonder how this could have made anyone question your motives instead of dwelling on the game.

Yeah, but those are rarely notable. You might have a little stiffy right now from whaling on a teenager, but beating a poor player into the ground isn't something anyone but you cares about.

the point of this forum is to showcase games you enjoyed. So i did. If you don't care for the game that's fine. I'm not here to defend it. The purpose of a group such as this is to socialize about chess and make friends not to bellittle people you can do that in the public chat channel

You're an idiot. Why do you join a social group about chess just to be a prick? you may feel like you swing low because you have a higher rating than me but in the real world that doesn't amount to squat. get a life.

Right on, these comments, only I think they would be better directed toward the mirror.

I thought there would be value here as a social group but so far I'm seeing as much misdirected antagonism as there is in public chat. It's disapointing.

You are being kind of strange dude.  If you post a game here and talk about how much fun it was you probably should NOT be surprised when people comment on the actual game play. That's not rude or not "worthwhile", it's just the way he feels about it.  Just like you thought it was "fun" was the way you felt about it.  What's the big difference?

In fact you opponent played a truly awful game.  We've all been on both sides of the board on that.  The fact that you choose to post it really does invite others to wonder and/or comment on why you'd choose to post such a poor example of a chess game from your history.   Frankly I think its kind of rude of you to post that game using the link the way that you did because your opponent may not appreciate having such a poor effort published with his name on it.

If you had tried you could have figured out how to post your game and removed his name.  Everyone else figures it out eventually so whycouldn't you? What was your big hurry?  It took me two tries to figure out how to do it insert a game into a post, each effort lasting about 5 minutes.

polydiatonic is right. Ive been beaten this badly before, and i dont want my username on the losing side of the game. Consider others for a change. Cuz now everyone says (s)he sucks(which may be true), but think (s)he is dissapointed.

yeah... I don't think its odd for me to prefer people make active comentary on the game rather than hurling unprovoked insults such as dec_lan. so far I've seen two people that were mature enough to speak about the game itself rather than my motivation for posting it. As to my posting a link and that being rude it was a thoughtless mistake, it happens. The link has been removed. Now if people would like to comment on the actual game that would be great. Otherwise as stated before pls keep your thoughts to yourself.

Just a check. Your own comment indicated that you didn't think that the game was interesting in itself, so why should others be interested in it ? I hardly look at my own games after they are finished.
