I actually won this game on time. I had 1.2 Seconds left on the clock (10 mins per player, Live Chess). I've added some basic analysis, hopefully I can get some input on moves that may have been mistakes. My rating was 1212, his rating was 1407.

I think 18. Rae1 would be better.
I also think 23. Qxe7 is better than 23. Bxe7, because you avoid things like Nxg3, which in blitz can be tough. For the same reason, 26. fxg3 was preferable to Bf6. Simplify when you are ahead by a piece or more. The only things you want to leave on the board are pawns that your extra piece can help pick up.
You played pretty well...just wanted to show some areas for improvement. I did not comment on the later stages of the game as you and your opponent did not have much time at that point.
@ Mizerak, thanks for the analysis! I actually considered Rae1, but didn't have enough time (I think we were down to the final 1.5 minutes at that point) to calculate all the way through, so I went through with the slightly more passiv move :)
I'll keep that in mind about trading down to pawns, though.
Rael would have been a tough move to find and play in a blitz game. Hopefully when you have played more and see positions more often, this type of move will occur to you as a move that feels right, and you can play it and then analyze on your opponent's time. :-)
