I wish this would happen in a game.

There are an astronomical number of positions that can arise in a chess game, but is this one of them? Retrograde analysis, anyone?

White's last move had to have been with the rook to e7 to check Black's king. He had to have captured something because otherwise Black would have already been in check. We also know that both sides queened at least two pawns, one to get the extra queen and one to get the extra bishop on the same color of squares.

Can anything else be deduced?
