In this game, my opponent sacrifices a bishop to start an attack.

Nicely played.  I just started reading The Art of Attack in Chess, by Vukovic, and he writes a lot about this type of sacrifice.  The key, it seems, is to have a good follow up and not let your opponent rally his forces, something you were able to do.  Way to weather the storm!
