Very interesting. The great attacking Master Josh Waitskin once said that in bishop of opposite color games it is important to always be on the attack even at the cost of a few pawn.

move 28 Rdd7 is mistaken,the black should move his bigshop

 I assumse Black was in very serious time trouble! 28...Bd4 looks ok at first look. 

(if 29.Bd5+ Re6+) EDIT: actually... i dont see any tactics that save black.*
