Today I won my 1,000th game on chess.com and its a milestone that I am pleased with. I noted that none of the other players in the top 200 ( didnt check more than that ) have won 1000 games yet but Gonnosuke has won 975 so he will soon get this milestone as well... I joined chess.com in the fall of 2007.

That's awesome.

You should definetly get a trophy for being the first to get that record.

Thanks to all. I am not the first though, awardchess has almost 4000 wins !  I am only the first of the top 200 ( maybe more ) and it's a milestone for anyone, I would think.

Your the first person to win 1000 games with a winning % over 75% with 78%!

(Educated guess :))

Nice one, Reb. I'll work on my rating for a while and then maybe we'll get to play another game :)

Congrats, Reb. You're really a (much-appreciated) veteran of chess.com and one of the voices of reason and learning on the forums. (I wish you'd write more articles though...)

And I have an idea that involves you when LC3 comes out ;-)
