what is the secret of playing well in 1 minute?

No se si me entenderás en castellano.... Son varias cosas,saber jugar bién ,tener rapidez de reflejos,tener un buen mouse,no ponerte nervioso,saberte las aperturas ,etc...Por todo ello yo dejé de jugar a 1 minuto :)

I'm trying to figure out the same thing. I guess just keep playing many many games. I have improved by playing so many games, but I have a long way to go in bullet. Using a laptop without a mouse doesn't help me, so make sure you use a mouse... Have a great day Camiladoce, and hope to play you soon.

I think you must be very experienced in standard chess. Then you will be able to recognize a lot of patterns very quickly.

You need a good mouse or else you will lose on time

Às vezes, quando se joga xadrez bala você pode perder uma peça principal. Mas você ainda tem uma chance de ganhar se você não desistir. 

Make completely unexpected checks (at a lower level). For instance, you might sacrifice your rook and check your opponent, and it could take them a few seconds to realize they're in check.

I always play something so confusing and out of the book that my opponent flags...

Make a lot of premoves. Bullet is not chess.
