Maybe someone can shed some light on why black isn't claiming a draw via the 50 move rule

Well, Black needs to click "Offer Draw" in order to claim his draw. It'll automatically draw once he says so.

I don't see anything wrong with move 93...

There is no way black can win without assistance from the white tower
