LOL it's nice to know you still get around 1 point for beating someone under 100 rating! Of course it's abuse. No one is really that stupid if he or she can understand the rules of chess and how to log onto the internet. But still, there's a good bit of stupidity involved.

You don't neccesarily get 1 point if the person's rating is far enough below yours and depending on what your RD is, I don't know what the cut-off is though.
