what is the most aggressive opening for white and defence for black?

Muzios gambit is the only super-agressive opening I can think of off the top of my head.

1. e4 e5 2. f4 exf4 3.Nf3 g5 4.Bc4 g4 5.0-0!? gxf3 6.Qxf3.  White sacs a knight in order to get 3 pieces attacking f7.

The traxler is probably up there.

and the double Muzio.

There are several aggressive non gambits as well. KID is probably the most aggressive since Black attacks straight on the King side defying all white's first move advantage.
