No, My name is Ray Duque III and his name is Raymond Duque but his father have the same name as my name.

Thank you for your comment. His chess rating at United States Chess Federation (USCF) is 2546, a rating of a Grand Master but I was surprised that his title is not a GM but just an IM or SM. You can check his name at USCF. He is in the top 100 since I think in 2000 to present time.

He's #39 in their last updade, Aug. 2006.  Not bad, huh?

Titles aren't given on the basis of ratings alone, but upon acheiving norms.

He is in number 34 in the last update, December 2007. Look at the December 2007 list. He played some GM players including Kasparov.

As of June 2009 at the USCF, the rating of my nephew Raymond Duque of Texas is 2559. His rating is more higher than some of the GMs. His title is only a SM (Senior Master).
