Does using an analysis board help you or hurt you in the long run?
I know you can only use one in online play, but I think if you get used to using it you will suffer in real-life playing. There is something to be said about being forced to strengthen your working memory, as opposed to relying on another board.

for me i use it occasionally but i dont find in the end it hurts when playing on a real life board
