Semi-Slav - 12. Official Thematic Chess.com Tournament! :D
I hope for 5.Nbd7
We move the crappy Bb4.. good luck all I am not going to participate..
The obvious noobs of chess.com outweigh the good people, so I dont feel like im participating at all, because all these bad moves are being played.
Good luck Im out, not gonna waste my time.
+1 with the exception I'm going to watch this "crap" ;)
Average rating of "world" is ~1400 :)
They play my moves LOL :D
yeah, i'm playing on my lunch break...
8. ...Bd6 is the BEST!!!
I like Bd6, but noobs voting Bxc3.
Another bad move.. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I like how the commentators claim that we are serious competition-- actually we're probably mostly going to be a bunch of happy-go-lucky 12-year-olds who were disappointed we couldn't play the Wayward Queen.
In these 5 minute vote chess games I bet a 1800 could win.
Bxc3 was terrible, Bd6, Bc7, just breaking open the q-s after a pawn break
Bd6 - original position for black's B.
Does anyone know what happen if everyone (ok, 50%<) offer a draw and Anand do not accept it, and we offer again and again :D
What chess.com should do is organize different matches for different rating levels, and make it easier for the players to communicate, if we did this it would mean higher level chess
Precisely my thought.
These horrible moves arent even the saddest part about this Anand v World.
The fact is Anand is playing 20 simul games at once, so we are, technically, his worst opponent, and he probably doesnt even care about our game..
Very sad but true.
They're probably trying to do approximately the same thing as the admins of Kasparov v. World did in that online match (which was actually 1 move per day, which is much more interesting), where the GMs who led the world team were not allowed to communicate amongst themselves.
