     Share PGN was available an year ago. Other features are not primary.

    Ive a bug....when i purchased my diamod subscription by the app, an alert message appers every time i play using the app "please, complete membership process....."

    if i click on the message, the purchasing screen appear and the app cant finish the purchasing and remain blocked....

     

    but on the site, ive no problem, my purchasing is ok, and i'm a diamond member, the same for the app, ive all, infjnite tactics, lessons etc....like a diamond member, but the alert message on the app appeare every time i use the app.

     

    using the site, ive not the "please, complete the membership progress" message...in the app, i have it.

    The whole app is so buggy. Constantly going back to finished games. Often not registering a finished match for ages. Lag in the chat. Going back to menu screen after making a move even though it's selected to stay on game in settings. These issues and countless more have been around for over a year. It's dissapointing, what's going on?

    What is your device and app version? What you are saying is very odd, because none of this happen to me or any other users... never heard of it before.

    I am using version 3.3.10 and a Nexus 5. it's interesting that my friend is also struggling with similar problems. He is using a Motorola. One that we both experience often is the screen minimising to desktop after making a move. This usually occurs when I'm in another app and have gone to the chess app after receiving a notification for me to make a move.

    Check your settings for notifications... there is an option to close the app after making a move from a notification. It is under Settings > General > Notifications "close app after action" or something similar.
