Where, besides Chess.com, can I find on the internet games that are annotated with commentary? I really like studying those games that are explained move by move. Any help?

One of the tools I use to find things on the internet is called a "search engine." You don't have to know how they work to use them. One of the more popular ones can be found at www.google.com. If you go there and put 'annotated chess games' into the text box and click the search button or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard, it will generate a webpage for you full of links to websites that contain what you're looking for -- in your case, annotated chess games.
